Sniff, swirl and taste your way to a better understanding and the de-mystification of this fascinating subject. The course covers basic grape varieties and wine styles, how to taste wine, choosing and enjoying different wines, ‘hot’ new wines and emerging grape varieties. Cellaring, wine regions, closures and matching food with wines will also be covered. An average of six premium wines will be tasted at each session. The course fee includes a set of six tasting glasses for you to keep!Participants must be over 18.
