Introduction To Wine One Day Course Summary
Join us for a convivial and enjoyable few hours learning while we
sniff, swirl, and sip our way to an understanding of the basics of
wine. In a well-paced course you’ll learn how to taste, what to look
for when buying, as well as gaining a good basic knowledge of
Australian wines and grape growing regions. In addition, you’ll pick
up some valuable tips on matching food and wines. The day includes a
selection of approximately 13 premium wines covering all the main
grape varieties. Bread will be provided but you’ll need to arrange
your own lunch. Numbers are limited.
